provemyrank is run by Amp8 Media, LLC, doing business as CitedLocal.
What we collect
The business name, service, city and website (if given) you enter, your email address, and a hashed (scrambled, not reversible) version of your IP address used only to prevent abuse.
Why
To run the scan, email you the report, and send occasional CitedLocal updates.
Who processes it
The AI assistants we query (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity) receive only the business name, service and city — never your email. Emails are sent through Brevo.
Unsubscribe or delete your data
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted, email michael@citedlocal.ai.
